2021 Election Result for 2 positions
On January 10, 2022, the annual election for The Pointe at Newport Ridge Association was conducted. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Management would like to thank those of you who participated.
Palisade Gate Is Undergoing Repairs
The Palisades exit gate motor has failed and caused it to become inoperable. Due to safety concerns both the entrance and exit gate will be held open until repairs can be made.
