The Palisades exit gate motor has failed and caused it to become inoperable. Due to safety concerns both the entrance and exit gate will be held open until repairs can be made. Every urgency is being taken to make the repairs as soon as possible. However, the part will have to be ordered. We urge residents to be vigilant during this time. Please be sure not to store any valuables in vehicles, ensure all doors are locked, and do not leave your garage doors open while not in use. As a reminder, please always be proactive your own home and vehicle security measures, as the gates are not substitute for good personal security. Thank you for cooperation.
